When the Tesco Mobile RFP arrived at Asurion’s HQ, it was quickly decided it was a must win opportunity. Having held the contract for the past three years, the client services team had the advantage of insight although the request to demonstrate how Asurion could bring a point of difference whilst adding more value was key.
The team created a suite of marketing awareness collateral with posters, branded lanyard, USB and critical response document, all neatly packaged within a bespoke branded box. A PPT presentation was created with a full online journey build and Tesco branding throughout. The result? Well lets just say, socks where blown off!
